The Clinical Therapist Supervisor: Child & Adolescent Group Services provides clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members and facilitates the implementation of clinical planning for clients.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC licensure
- Supervisory designation preferred
- Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy
- Proven experience in public relations, community development and both clinical and administrative supervision
- Experience in working with children, adolescents and their families
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency's insurance company
