This full-time on-site Kitchen Team Leader role in Potsdam, Berlin, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, staff management, hygiene standards, and customer service. The role involves coordinating with other team members, controlling costs, ensuring food quality, and performing daily operations.

Requirements

• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations
• Maintaining and ensuring unit compliance with Bella & Bona policies and procedures
• Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, scheduling, and delegating responsibility to the staff
• Ensuring staff meets KPl daily
• Training and mentoring kitchen personnel
• Daily line checks and station Closing
• Performing daily and weekly deep cleaning and facility maintenance
• Food holding and refrigeration temperature control
• Managing daily & weekly deep cleaning
