Sales Manager International (m/w/d)

The International Sales Manager will manage existing customers and expand selected customers abroad, primarily in Scandinavia, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and France. Responsibilities include contributing to sales strategy, providing customer feedback, analyzing market needs, creating presentations, planning customer meetings, creating offers, conducting sales negotiations, maintaining forecasts, and participating in trade fairs. This role requires a strong customer focus, independent working style, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business administration studies with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
• Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales and B2B customer service.
• Technical and professional knowledge from the fragrance and/or flavor industry.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Team skills and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Negotiable English skills in spoken and written language.
