Job Description
Belden is seeking a Quality Engineer to contribute to continuous improvement through the utilization of quality and statistical tools. The role involves root cause analysis, coordinating with quality technicians, maintaining the lean system, and assisting with new product introductions and internal/external audits. The company prioritizes innovation and collaboration within a diverse, goal-oriented team.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control
- Experience in performance analysis or problem-solving
- Application of statistical tools
- Experience in internal and external audits in ISO standards
- Experience in personnel management
- Proficiency in English (Conversational)
- Management of quality tools - SPC, 8D’s, CPK’s, internal and external corrective actions
- Management of Lean tools - Gemba KPIs, 5s. A3, kaizen
- Teamwork and leadership
- General knowledge in ISO 9001 standards
- Management of electrical measurement and testing equipment
