Job Description
Belay Technologies is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to join our intel team. The Cloud Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse Big-Data cloud systems based on documented requirements.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with polygraph is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline
- Five years of general experience in software development/engineering
- Three years of experience developing software with high-level languages, such as Java, C, and C++
- Two years of experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL)
- Two years of experience with the Map Reduce programming model, the Distributed File System (HDFS), and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc.
- Three years of experience developing software in UNIX/Linux (Red Hat versions 3-5+) operating systems
