Requirements

• Responsibility for the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 – a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Coordination of internal and external audits – leading audits, preparing for certifications, and cooperating with auditors.
• Planning and implementation of management reviews – preparing annual reports, tracking action plans, and communicating with management.
• Analysis and implementation of customer-specific requirements (CSR) – close cooperation with customers and central quality.
• Quality management of suppliers and raw materials – checking deliveries, resolving complaints, and auditing suppliers.
• Organization and management of the metallographic laboratory – managing the team, improving processes, and ensuring testing.
• Implementation of quality improvement projects and monitoring KPI – actively contributing to increasing quality and process efficiency.

Benefits

• Basic salary from €1,250 per month brutto, depending on the candidate's experience.
• Variable salary component (standard 15%).
• Average monthly salary from €1,437 per month brutto, depending on experience.
