Beitzel Corporation is seeking an experienced Contract Manager III to manage bids, contracts, and cost accounting for various construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with Project Managers and support new business development, fiscal management, and client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction contract negotiation experience and/or formal contract review and negotiation education/training
- 5+ years of management experience in the Construction Industry with project execution required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Business Management, or related disciplines preferred
