Early Intervention Specialist

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic and fun individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves teaching communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis. The position is overseen by clinical directors and highly experienced BCBAs and requires a combination of flexibility, travel, and hands-on training.

Requirements

• Provide in-home, clinic, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Must be willing to travel to and from the clinic or client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding and an initial training period.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team.
