Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical supervision and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves providing direct clinical supervision, managing case assignments, and collaborating with parents to create tailored treatment plans. Candidates will work remotely and provide in-person supervised case work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
• BCBA-certified or qualified healthcare professional status in accordance with state regulations
• 5+ billable clinical hours per day
• 5+ FBAs per month
• Consistent submission of monthly progress reports
