Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations
• Proven success in delivering data-driven commercial strategies for life sciences companies
• Strategic expertise in commercial operations areas such as incentive compensation, MDM, and field enablement
• Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
