Finish Prep Assistant I assists in the finish process, excluding painting and powder coating, to ensure on-time delivery of components meeting quality and performance standards. Responsibilities include material handling, surface preparation, and automated conveyor line duties.

Requirements

• Speak, Read & Write in English
• Able to count accurately and do basic math
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Competency with hand tools
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
• Good interpersonal skills
