Job Description
Beewise is looking for a Hive Operations Technician to join their Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The role involves monitoring and processing case alerts from robotic hives, following structured workflows, and working with dashboards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, case handling, or dispatch coordination
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in following processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Comfortable working with dashboards, ticketing systems, or workflow tools
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong follow-through
- Flexible to adjust hours when needed to align with field operations
- Open to occasional fieldwork to support team efforts
