Requirements

• Mastery of insulation and coating techniques
• Knowledge of insulation materials and thermal regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Use of cutting, fixing, and applying tools
• Compliance with construction site safety standards
• Assembly and safe use of scaffolding
• Rigor and precision in executing works
• Good physical condition (working at heights, carrying loads)
• Teamwork and autonomy
