Requirements

• Significant experience as a team leader or site manager in roofing and scaffolding
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent technical skills in roofing and scaffolding
• Rigor, organization, and sense of planning
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Driving license B
