Brand Specialist - Nashville, TN

Beauty Barrage is seeking a Brand Specialist to support their client brands through various retailers. This part-time, on-site position involves achieving sales targets, building relationships, and driving brand awareness. The role requires a self-starter with a passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
