Sales Coordinator

This position provides internal support to the Golf & Turf sales department and coordinates and executes sales orders as directed by the sales management team.

Requirements

• Assist in processing incoming sales worksheets from sales personnel
• Assist in submitting documents for credit approval through John Deere Financial
• Maintain a companywide log of sales invoices
• Verify accuracy of returned customer signed invoices and financial documents
• File UCC 1 documentation
• Work within company business system to execute sales
• Prepare rental purchase documentation for sales personnel
• Assist in purchasing warranties
• Assist with information gathering for sales department
• Maintain current and accurate customer invoice files
• Work with Accounting Department with invoice inquiries on cash application, taxes, and general ledgers
• Assist in filing delivery receipts for sold machines
• Prepare reports for contracts
• Prepare used equipment inventory purchases in company business system
• Maintain assigned general ledger accounts
• Complete special project assigned by management in a factual and timely manner
• Prepare monthly sales commission report for construction and forestry sales department & commercial worksite sales department
• Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, and vendors
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Participate in all company driven communication efforts
• Proactively seek and participate in available company sponsored training
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance
