Bear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused, story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers. Our Swim School Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, including meeting financial goals, providing the highest quality swim lessons, excellent customer service, and maintaining facility standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of management experience preferred
