The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily scheduling, tracking, and reporting of transportation activities, managing drivers, and ensuring service quality. Success in this position requires sound decision-making, clear communication, and attention to operational details.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain daily vehicle and driver schedules
• Accurately input trip information into the scheduling database
• Monitor and manage the location and status of all transport vehicles
• Provide supervision and ongoing support to drivers
• Manage driver schedules, monitor road time, and approve time-off requests
• Administer disciplinary actions and corrective measures
• Record, document, and resolve consumer and agency complaints
• Collaborate with the billing department to review trip documentation and schedules
