Job Description
The Tax Senior, Transaction Advisory Services team provides the full suite of services for mergers and acquisitions, including deal structuring, due diligence, post-deal integration, and tax attribute management. This role focuses on ensuring timely project execution, client expectations are met, and supporting a national Tax strategy. The team includes senior staff who mentor subordinates and manage risks associated with acquisition and disposition deals.
Requirements
- CPA License and/or J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master’s in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
