BDO is seeking a Tax Experienced Senior, Private Client Services to provide tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and their families. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting tax planning, and providing tax advice across various financial structures. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and business development skills within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (or equivalent Bachelor's degree and CPA certification)
- Master’s degree in Accountancy or Taxation (preferred)
- Three or more years of experience in relevant tax or accounting fields
- CPA certification, Attorney (attorney admitted to a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enrolled Agent (or equivalent)
- Experience with tax compliance software (GoSystems, BNA Tax Planner, GoFileRoom, SurePrep) preferred
- Experience with tax research tools (BNA Portfolio, CCH IntelliConnect, Checkpoint and Lexis Nexis) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
