Remote Audit Senior Manager (Digital Assets/Crypto/Exchange/Treasury/Blockchain)

The Assurance Senior Manager at BDO is responsible for enhancing client internal controls and accounting procedures, advising clients on regulatory risks, and acting as a primary contact for complex questions. This role involves supervising audit teams, providing training and mentorship, and participating in firm leadership, with a focus on client relationship building and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (Master's preferred) required
• Seven (7) or more years of prior audit experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience
• Active licensed US CPA, recognized active International Equivalent or unique qualification as defined by BDO’s Assurance Licensing Policy
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SEC and PCAOB rules
