Managing Director, Business Valuation - Intangible Assets

BDO is seeking a Managing Director, Business Valuation, to lead and execute challenging valuation engagements. This role involves managing business valuation assignments, building relationships with stakeholders, and assisting with business development activities. The Managing Director will also oversee staff and ensure high-quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Ten (10) plus years of business valuation experience at a Big 4 firm or similar role
• Significant experience in business valuation and intangible assets
• CPA, CFA, AM, ASA, or other valuation industry credentials preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Prior experience with Capital IQ and Bloomberg preferred
