Job Description
The Assurance Manager will oversee the audit client engagement, focusing on both marketing and business development. This role involves advising on risks, resolving accounting issues, and ensuring profitability. Responsibilities include GAAP and GAAS application, financial statement preparation, SEC/PCAOB compliance, and client development. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance and reporting to the Audit Committee.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics (Master's degree preferred)
- Five (5) years of experience in audit or public accounting
- Active US CPA license and willingness to obtain an active International Equivalent or unique qualification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and assurance applications
