Assurance Experienced Manager

The Assurance Experienced Manager is responsible for supervising and directing the results of audit client engagements, primarily focusing on marketing, networking, and business development. This role involves advising clients on risk and ensuring engagements profitability via billings and collections, alongside providing technical consulting on GAAP and GAAS and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The manager will oversee a team, review workpapers, provide training, and represent the firm to clients and committees.

Requirements

• Applies knowledge and understanding of the collective effect of various factors on establishing or mitigating risks, and providing supervisory controls.
• Consistently applies GAAP and GAAS principles to client transactions and documents and communicates application.
• Applies knowledge of SEC and PCAOB rules and performs research to support findings.
• Knowledge of professional standards and GAAS.
