Requirements
- Advising corporate clients, advising lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds and financial restructurings
- Developing business relationships with lenders, private equity, legal firms and the business community
- Supervising staff, delegating tasks and projects as required
- Preparing or managing the production of integrated cash flow models
- Analyzing cash flow models, projections, and business plans
- Identifying, targeting, and developing referral sources
- Assisting with practice development assignments
- Communicating with debtors, creditors, the governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, attendance at Court, etc.
