Intermediate Accountant - Assurance

We're looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our GTA Audit Practice with flexibility to work from Toronto, Oakville, or Markham offices. The successful candidate will own responsibilities such as conducting and supporting audit engagements, streamlining the preparation of year-end engagements and tax returns, and fostering positive working relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Conduct and support audit engagements by preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Streamline the preparation of year-end engagements and tax returns for clients across diverse industries.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, and promptly address their requests and suggestions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with team members regarding progress updates and issues.
