Job Description
This PMO Portfolio Manager role involves managing business unit relationships, developing dashboards and performance reports, analyzing project constraints, and optimizing resource utilization. The role requires strong leadership skills to support project managers and align strategic initiatives. The PMO will also focus on improving portfolio governance and maturity.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with business units to align requirements with IT capacity and budget.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to provide transparency.
- Analyze project constraints, risks, and interdependencies to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain the IT master plan and improve portfolio governance.
