Requirements

• Degree in design, brand, or advertising related fields
• Cover letter explaining why BCG BrightHouse excites you and how your skills align with our work
• Publicly accessible portfolio as website or pdf file
• PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work independently to some degree as well as in a team
• Fluent English skills
• Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AfterEffects, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro skills would be a plus
• Skills working with AI such as ChatGPT, and image creation
