Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will be fully dedicated to a client in Life Science industry. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, clients happy, and your team thriving. You’ll mix big-picture strategy with hands-on problem solving—keeping service levels high while building relationships that last.
Requirements
- Strong meeting management operations and account management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and successfully managing direct reports
- Experience on a Life Sciences client
- Demonstrated experience in client management, maintaining strong relationships and achieving financial performance targets.
- Experience in reviewing and improving operational processes and policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Cvent
- French and English language proficient in both oral and written communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead issue resolution efforts
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to the role
- Strong organizational skills that can coordinate multiple resources.
