Job Description
We're looking for a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Implementation Specialist to assess incidents and determine solution approaches during the implementation stage. As a specialist, you will conduct customer-facing implementations of OBTs and other products, coordinate activities with internal or external teams, and execute complex configuration changes.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry
- Advanced experience in travel technology (GDS Sabre)
- Basic project management experience
- Advanced administration knowledge of online booking tools (Concur, Cytric or other relevant tools)
- Commercial Support Experience
- Advanced experience in an international workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
