We are looking for an Observer for KAoA / Vocational Guidance to help young students discover their potential and catch up on central elements of KAoA within a school year.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the social sector or related field
• At least 3 years of experience with the target group
• Training permit + vocational training
• Retraining-specific additional qualification
• Pedagogical further training of at least 60 hours
