Job Description
BBPOS is seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin/Receptionist to support its corporate admin team. The role involves providing general administrative support, managing the reception area, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. This position requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in receptionist and office support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Windows and MS Office)
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Immediate availability (preferred)
