Job Description
BBG’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Assessment Services Division is seeking a Senior Project Manager to write and review environmental reports for multifamily and healthcare facilities for HUD transactions. The role involves providing recommendations on potential environmental contamination and adhering to ASTM E1527-13 standards, as well as HUD's Part 50 and 58 requirements. The position requires strong communication and research skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualification and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in biological/physical/environmental sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with HUD Phase I ESA Reports, HEROS Reporting System, as well as HUD Part 50 and 58 environmental reviews.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
