Requirements
- Completed training, a degree in Personnel Management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as HR or People Business Partner
- Sound knowledge of labour law and safe handling of complex personnel matters
- Solution-oriented, clear and binding communication skills
- Empathy, drive and analytical thinking skills
- Enjoying the planning and development of projects
