Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team
• 2+ years of experience in People/Culture or Organizational Development
• Event Management, Hosting Events, Conducting Ceremonies, Managing Employees, Leading Trainings, Generating New Ideas, Employee & Employer Branding
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement
• In-depth knowledge of social media campaigns
• Excellent understanding of social media practice
• Sharp strategic and analytical thinking
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Highly presentation individual
• Team player with a customer-oriented approach
