Job Description
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, utilizing superior customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Professionally engage with patients, families, staff, and funder organizations
- Quickly handle funder referrals and updates in the EMR (Procura)
- Collaborate with Supervisors, field employees and patients to assess service needs
- Assign care providers based on client needs, geographic area, staff skill-set and availability
- Maintain accurate records in the EMR
