Job Description
Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Needed! Assist patients through medically assisting treatments and offer techniques for handling opioid addiction. Conduct individual and group sessions to assist with crisis management and coping strategies.
Requirements
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services
- Conducts individual initial assessment and evaluation interviews
- Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment
- Respond to patient grievances and complaints
- Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans
