Compassionate Substance Use Counselor Needed! MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Substance Use Counselor to assist patients through medically assisted programs and offer techniques for handling opioid addiction.

Requirements

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Coordinate care of assigned patients and present patient status and concerns with treatment team
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide clinical services and patient care and education and opiate addiction counseling services
• Excellent documentation and computer skills required
