Job Description
Granite Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to care for patients in their residential facility.
Requirements
- Unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Pass State of New Hampshire criminal background and driving record checks
- 1 year of detox, emergency, or med-surge nursing experience (preferable)
- Knowledge of medical detoxification for substance abuse (preferable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the American Society of Addiction Medicine placement criteria and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
- Knowledge of the Code of Ethics for nurses
- Knowledge of the federal drug and alcohol confidentiality law (42 C.F.R. Part 2) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
- Ability to work a varied schedule
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
