Job Description
We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to join our team at Mahajan Therapeutics in Wheelersburg, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license, experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses, and excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements
- Conduct daily individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions with clients
- Perform various diagnostic and assessment procedures
- Coordinate clinical activities
- Assist in monitoring care to ensure compliance with agency policies
- Attend executive committee meetings and treatment staffing
- Serve on various committees for Quality Assurance
- Conduct in-service training and maintain documentation
- Meet with outside agencies for marketing and informational purposes
