We are looking for a Research Associate in Oilseed Rape Seed Production to join our team at Bayer Seeds SAS in Toury, France. The role involves managing and planning hybrid seed production, ensuring quality, quantity, and deadlines, and contributing to the definition and implementation of the production strategy.

Requirements

• Solid agronomy skills and in-depth understanding of plant production systems
• Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Required first experience in supervising seasonal teams
• Comfortable driving agricultural vehicles
• Rigor, autonomy, and teamwork sense
• Mastering computer tools: Office package, databases, R, statistics
• Knowledge of selection practices
• Knowledge of QHSE standards
• Proven skills in planning and logistics for field operations
• Mastery of French and English (oral and written)
• B license required
• Certiphyto DESA appreciated
