Animateur Commercial et Technique (F/H/NB) - Bassin Nord-Est

As a Commercial and Technical Animator, you will promote the Bayer portfolio on its various pillars in your sector, providing a preferred commercial and technical contact for procurement managers and technical-commercial staff at distributor entities and farmers in your area. You will develop Bayer's position on the market in collaboration with various Bayer experts.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or plant production
• Commercial experience
• Technical skills in agronomy, crop protection, and sales techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks
• Mastering CRM tools and customer relationship follow-up techniques
• Analytical skills and ability to carry out competitive monitoring
