After School Program Student Aide (San Francisco Elementary Schools)

BACR’s Expanded Learning Program is seeking a part-time Student Aide to support students with special needs in a Monday-Friday after-school program. The role involves creating a supportive environment, assisting students with academic and social-emotional growth, and collaborating with families, therapists, and school staff. This is a fully funded position with opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• AA degree or higher, or 48+ college credits
• Ability to work Monday – Friday (10-20 hours/week), schedule dependent on school needs
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
• Criminal background check and TB Clearance
• Experience working with Elementary youth preferred
• Experience working with Neurodivergent Youth preferred
