Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience with clear performance orientation
- Experience in B2C marketing of complex, high-end products
- Strong understanding of lead generation models and funnel mechanics
- Highly developed analytical thinking and operational data competence
- Experience with performance channels as well as CRM/marketing automation systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
- Fluent German and English skills
