Product Development Senior Associate – Hybrid NYC

BaubleBar is seeking a Product Development Senior Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the day-to-day development procedures for the complete collection of our bead and craft kits across all accounts and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related degree
• 3-4+ years of experience in jewelry, crafts and/or children's toys product development
• Thorough understanding of the design & development process from inception through production
• Expert in jewelry, craft or toy factory best practices and capabilities
• Knowledge of overseas markets and materials
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task, proactively troubleshoot and problem solve
