Job Description
ThruDark is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the launch of their new pop-up store at Battersea Power Station. This customer-facing role requires a confident individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, focused on delivering exceptional retail experiences and upholding ThruDark values. The successful candidate will lead by example, motivate a team, and ensure operational standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office.
