Operations Finance Assistant Manager

The Operations Finance Assistant Manager role is part of the Turkey Operations Finance Team and involves assisting in the analysis of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including COGS budgeting and performance tracking, and preparing and inputting data into Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) tools to support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of finance/accounting experience in global FMCG industry
• Experience in manufacturing finance is a plus
• Advanced IFRS knowledge (Turkish GAAP knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in SAP modules and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration/economics/accounting/finance
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
