Job Description
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to build, lead, and scale the rev ops function at Basis. You'll hire and develop a team and maintain hands-on ownership of strategy and execution as we grow.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-growth SaaS companies
- Track record of building and scaling a rev ops function (hiring, org design, setting team roadmaps)
- Deep CRM ownership (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Experience running forecasting + pipeline analytics
- Built and administered commissions plans/processes
- High ownership, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in-person (Manhattan, 5 days/week)
