We are seeking an HR IT Product Owner to support our ECMS HR IT ecosystem, including Success Factors and integrations with key systems such as SAP, Chrome River, FCM, ADP, among others. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for ECMS HR and our 3rd party service providers, ensuring that data and process flows are perfectly aligned.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in large or mid-sized internationally active company
- Experience in managing business solutions, specifically HR processes and how they translate into business impact
- Experience in leading IT projects
- Experience in managing and interacting with third party service providers
- Deep understanding of HR Processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation)
- Specialist knowledge of SAP Success Factors and S/4HANA with experience in HR module
- Understanding of interfaces with 3rd party systems, i.e. Payroll solutions, Travel & Expenses application
