Requirements
- Senior Project NGBA (Next Generation Business Architecture)
- Support the implementation of Senior Project NGBA in the Thailand’s People Cluster
- Prepare workstream charters, milestone plans and weekly status reports
- Coordinate and align tasks and timeline with Global / Regional / Country project team
- Act as team representative to work on HR Operation Excellence and Digitalization Projects
- Provide advisory role for responsible OD and support local implementation of OD action
- Support OD to run Performance Improvement Program (PIP) for identified employees
- Take lead on Quality Management for HR core process (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.)
